(2-4) Analysis on the status of experiment lessonin science class of school for the blind

<Abstract>

The purpose of this study was analyze the status of experiment in science of school for the blind.
The subjects were 12 science teacher at 12 school for the blind.
The results were as follows.
First, the weekly hours of science class is 3 or 4 hours in the seventh grade school for the blind, all of school for the blind have science room.
Second, experiment lessons does much in the order of physics, chemistry, earth science, biology in the science class of seventh grade school for the blind. Because theory classess are enough to transmit knowledge and experiment tools are insufficient, science teachers did’t experiment lesson in the science class
Third, alternative methods of the experiment are to explain the content of experiment in detail and use of multi-sensuous materials
The measures to increase experiment lesson are proposed on the basis of this study
